Our current pricing and terms regarding the services we provide. The details of what is, and what is not included in our services.
Labor Rates
Current labor rates. Subject to change at any time.
All billing is based on time and material. Billing commences when the technician logs in on site and terminates when the dispatch is entered complete and the technician logs out.
Minimum charge is 1 hour.
Labor rate is $120 / hr until June 15 each year, regardless of technician level.
- Service technician ( Level 1 ) 10 years experience or more $100.00 / hr
- Service technician ( Level 2 ) 5 years experience or more $80.00 / hr
- Service technician ( Assistant ) $50.00 / hr
- Service technician ( Emergency Call ) $175.00/ hr
Equipment Rates
- Machine / trencher** $90.00 / hr
- Wire / Pipe Locator** $35.00 / hr

General Conditions
Estimates given verbally by service technicians are estimates ONLY and offer no guarantee of accuracy. If the work is performed it will be billed based on actual time and material unless a written quote is submitted and accepted. Should you require the work be completed for a fixed rate, please contact the office so a written quote can be issued.
Cancellation
- A $25 charge will apply to any appointment cancellation made without 24 hours notice.
- An appointment will be considered canceled if the technician cannot complete their work because there is nobody present and prior arrangements were not made.
Service Area
- Additional trip charges may apply depending on which service zone you are located.
Zone 1 – Free
Zone 2 – $20.00
Zone 3 – $40.00
Service Contracts
- Fixed amount of time included dependent on the size of a system. Any overages in time or material will be charged in addition.
- Due by March 31st each year.
- Water must be turned off to the sprinkler system according to the Service Contract.
- Any discount received will be forfeited if terms of Service Contract are not respected.
- Late charges for Closing also apply if terms of Service Contract are not respected.
- A point of connection must be located outside to facilitate the closing.
- Any material and/or additional service will be billed in addition at the appropriate rate.
- Service contracts are not transferable and do not carry over to subsequent years.
- Additional trip charges may apply depending on which service zone you are located.
Opening
- A predetermined amount of labor based on the size of the system.
- Additional trip charges may apply depending on which service zone you are located.
Repairs
- If the system cannot be made completely operational within the time allotted, a return visit will be scheduled automatically and billing will continue by the minute or according to a written quote.
- No minimum charge.
Suggestions
- Suggestions made by the technician will not be scheduled until we receive approval.
- Billing will be by the minute or according to a written quote.
- No minimum charge.
Closing
- Only repairs required to empty the system will be performed and will be billed in addition at the appropriate rate.
- All connections to outdoor taps will stay connected unless specified otherwise by the client.
- Additional trip charges may apply depending on which service zone you are located.
Surcharges
- A $25.00 charge will apply if the water is not shut off to the system and a return visit is required.
- A $25.00 charge will apply if we are not advised that the water is off by October 1.
- A $75.00 charge will apply if we are not advised that the water is off by October 15.
- A $20.00 charge will apply if there is more than one point of connection required to empty the system.
- A $25.00 charge will apply if an appointment is required or requested to empty the system.
- A $25.00 charge will apply if the system does not have a point of connection located and accessible outside to introduce air into the system.
