Where is the drainage problem?
We believe the best way to approach a new project is to first identify the source of any problems with the property, then design a solution that’s designed to solve the problem.
We have a professional engineer on staff who can aid in the design and approve each drainage system. A professionally installed lawn drainage system can help your lawn and garden to thrive.
Proper drainage will also protect your home’s foundation from erosion. Drainage prevents standing water that creates slippery surfaces, and it prevents your landscape from drowning. Each of the potential hazards and problems that a drainage system prevents is costly and dangerous.
Save your yard
We can design partial and complete drainage systems to help alleviate water problems in the lawn or landscape. Standing water on the lawn can cause many problems for both homeowners and businesses. Dead plants, soil compaction, muddy lawns and the smell of rotting vegetation are often a result of poor drainage.
Very rarely will we design a system using a perforated pipe.
Perforated pipe, or french drains, can more easily become plugged and fail when they are installed near the surface. To remedy this, we use solid PVC pipes in our systems. We generally aim to design our systems to collect water from the lowest lying points through collection basins and then direct the water out towards the street.

Look up at your roof
Often, the biggest obstacle your property has to deal with is the amount of water that is collected off your roof and washed down your gutter into the lawn.
Gutters and downspouts can discharge hundreds of gallons of rainwater near your foundation if not connected to a sufficient drainage system. That rainwater will collect against the foundation wall or footing and eventually seep into your basement or crawl space, causing a wet floor or worse, a flood. The only way to avoid potential water damage problems is to connect the downspouts to a series of solid PVC buried drain pipes that lead far from the house.
