At Johnson irrigation, our office manager is more knowledgeable than most service technicians.
If she can’t solve your problem, she will find a solution for you in conjunction with or service staff. With a solution in hand, she can walk you through what needs to be done or schedule an appointment to have the repairs completed.
We know where we are
All our technicians use mobile GPS software that continually communicates their positions with the office.
This allows our office manager to know exactly where all our trucks are at all times and are notified automatically if things fall behind schedule. Nobody enjoys taking time off to meet servicemen, but at least we are able to keep you informed.
Anytime you call or email us, we can tell you exactly how your technicians day is going. Once our technician is on route to your property, you can choose to be notified.
We have fair billing
This means all our technicians have their GPS position and time logged when they start and finish their work. Now our clients have peace of mind knowing we are not rounding up to the nearest 15 or 30-minute interval.
Not only is our billing fair and upfront, but our technicians also have your contact information, site specific information, plan and entire service history with them every time they show up. Having this information on hand can prove crucial to its servicing and cut down the size of your bill!
At Johnson Irrigation, we have two levels of servicemen to help save you money.
Our level 1 technicians all have over 15 years experience and level 2 has a minimum of 5 years. While our more experienced technicians cost more per hour, they will almost always save you money on large or difficult repairs. You will never be charged for a level 1 technician unless you specifically ask for them. Otherwise, you will be assigned whichever technician is scheduled closest to you and billed our lowest rate.
Our trucks are fully equipped
There is nothing more frustrating or costly than an unprepared technician.
All our trucks leave the shop fully equipped every day to carry out their repairs. This ensures that we do not waste your time traveling back and forth to repair your system. It will be repaired properly with professional parts the first time. There is nothing more frustrating or costly than an unprepared serviceman. We come prepared for anything so that you get the most for your time and money.
If for some reason our technicians do not have a part in stock in their truck, your billing will stop. Once the part is ordered, and the technician signs back in to resume the repair, the billing will resume. In effect, your billing is by the minute as if the technician had never left.
